Lets face it, most of the Sears & Roebuck stores reside in some of the most beautiful malls across the country. Who does not like to visit the mall? Beautiful people, beautiful sites, fun, fun, fun. For the teenagers out there, do not forget this retail mainstay, there are employment jobs for people of all ages.

Well by now, most of the country has let out for the Summer. It is important for teenagers especially, to get that all important Summer job. Well I am here to guide you into some very important ideas that will help get you hired. Well as a neighbor or a teacher, or anyone you can think of except direct family members. These letters will go a long way, pointing out many factors that would make you that valuable employee.
